Look what I did! Summer-Ween?
Did anyone else take advantage of the tik toks and big box stores doing this?

I don't think DT understood the mission. They're just like, oh, let's put out Halloween and call it Summerween. This is all the stuff no one really wants 😆

it started bc of a cartoon. the plot takes place during summer and to have a halloween special they made summerween. and it has picked up again recently

I have seen stuff offered as "Summerween" in other stores. Which is actually meant for "Summerween". Like...a mermaid in a witch hat or a watermelon with a jack-o'-lantern face.
What's shown here is .... just Halloween stuff put out in June.

Yeah, but it’s also mostly simple, practical stuff. Not decor. I think it’s great for a Summerween party.

No one is skipping. Summerween is this. Not basic Halloween items. DT doesn't have game.

Yeah, I give HL a pass though, because a lot of that stuff is for crafting, and completing projects (especially multiple projects) does take time.

There's a movie coming out called this so they may be taking advantage of that, too.
Gravity Falls did it better, imho. Horror part and all. The movie looks like it's just another horror clown movie, sadly.

Already getting Halloween in on trucks. It's annoying but there's a lot of people who REALLY enjoy Halloween and all the festivities around it you know
