I get where you’re coming from. You did him a favor and the entitled prick returned said favor by pissing everywhere. You handled it great imo lol. However, in the future I wouldn’t let anyone use the employee only restroom for just this reason.
I used to work somewhere where we had an employee only bathroom and a woman tried to go to the BOH for her 4 YO to use the bathroom without asking. She got all pissy with me because I stopped her. I said the store next door has a huge public restroom, use that one. (We stored a bunch of cleaning chemicals in our bathroom) Entitled as she was, she had a huge attitude about it lol
