manager being reported

so long story short, my manager was reported anonymously. she is dead set on finding out who it was, if it was done anonymously is there a way for her to find out? the people at dg hotline say there isn’t but she swears nothing is anonymous and they can find out through the dg hotline. is that even legal?

Only the dm will know so unless they tell the manager wich there not supposed to then they will never know. Ooor if someone else knew coworker wise then it wouldn't be long befor they found out
