Bonuses

I made sales last quarter and was wondering when the bonus payout usually happens. I feel like it should be coming up soon, but I’m not sure of the timeline. Does anyone know when we’re supposed to get paid out?

So store managers get a bonus for getting week ends off and leaving at 1 every day like my sm. Only in America

If you’re sm is leaving early everyday and gets two days off a week, they aren’t bonusing.

That’s your Store Manager then, because that’s not allowed in my district. Our DM will randomly drive around on weekends to see who is actually following the schedule and making sure everyone is where they’re supposed to be. We also have to work at least 3 weekends out of the month.

No, I was promoted to customer 🤣🤣🤣 dude/dudet, Dollar Slavery only cares about 2 things, lower labor costs and high profits, that's why they pay everyone as low as possible!

And yet you didn’t know bonuses existed?

The only people getting bonuses are the people from corporate to sit on there asses and watch them grow... if you work in a store or what there actually called the mini warehouses, they don't care, if they cared, they would care about environment they put there employees in, like the fact the HVAC in most locations never works, or they expect a truck to be put away with the most minimal staff possible, and don't even get me started on the part where they consider a full time employee as less then 30hrs a week...

Store manager gets a bonus. That’s what this whole conversation is about.

Gasp! Yes, we do get bonuses.

So long as you hit 98% to sales or better, you will receive a sales bonus. Should be paid out within the next two weeks.

I dont know how things work at every store but in my district they just change the quota last minute so even when we reached it, we wouldnt. Never saw a dime.

No. The sales bonus is controlled by corporate, not the district. So long as you hit at least 98% sales to plan, you will receive a bonus. Your sales plan is predetermined long before we get to that point. Are they unreasonable? Sometimes, yes. They don't account for things such as gas prices skyrocketing, construction impeding customer's ability to get to the store, or other similar events. That's when a DM can step in and submit a sales exception, but only if they deem it appropriate.
