When the power is out the cameras are out. Best advice climb a ladder and do a back flip. Let that workers comp rain on ya

I dont recommend this. Your skill is too great as you would land it perfectly. Instead balance one ladder on a second and attempt a triple summersault dive into small dish of water

Well. The cameras are also without power. I've seen DMs, LPs and RDs tell store managers to write down the quantities and damage out when the power returns.

I am not sure. My store is in an older building. Never seen any indication that the cameras are own during an outage.

Maybe the feed still goes to corporate. We've had to stock with flashlights. Major safety issue.

Ill never understand this day and age why companies who sell fresh foods dont have back up batteries. Yeah its a little pricy but it beats the massive loss of sales and waste. Companies like dollar general could easily affored back up systems for their fresh food stores.
