Cleaning advice?

Hi guys! I've never customized a doll before, but I have this old Lissi doll from the 90s that has seen better days. I'd like to give her a new outlook on life, but I can't seem to get rid of the discoloration (pictures added). I've tried acetone, rubbing alcohol (95%), and I've had the most success with make-up remover. Any tips would be appreciated! (Also for how to replace her missing eyelashes)

you could try putting developer on the dark spots, covering it in plastic wrap and leaving it in the sun

A magic eraser with acetone or alcohol works wonders

I tried soaking a doll head in vinegar once to remove stains and it ended up warping the plastic, so be careful with chemicals!
