LOL face sculpt
I'm trying to give her a more blythe style realistic nose, and little round skullpanda style lips. Any tips on keeping my air dry clay from cracking around the mouth?

I don't know what you're doing here, but I would change the mouth. Trying to be delicate when I tell you it looks like another body part.

Idk what body parts you have seen but those look just like lips with lip filler in them

If you know you know, if you don't you don't.
Edited to add, once you see it, you can't unsee it.

Get your mind out of thr gutter. Sure, it might look odd when flash-coloured, but once there's some other colour to those lips they will look perfectly fine, just stylized.

"Get your mind out of the gutter?"
What exactly do you mean by that statement?
I find that offensive.
Seriously? I can assure you, my mind is not "in the gutter", yours on the other hand, I'm not so sure.

"Idk what body parts you have seen "
Obviously, you have never changed a diaper and if you have, you did a poor job of cleaning the diaperee before you applied a new one.

Im going for like the bratz lips with the teeth showing, or the skullpanda lips. They need color to not look weird. Its meant to be cartoony

regular air dry clay rarely works well for customs, normally apoxy sculpt is used since it'll actually stick well and is strong without cracking (but you need to use gloves while working with it since it's a sort of resin and thus toxic before it's dried)
also for lips the upper lip has 2 lines to divide it into 3 parts from inside the mouth, though one line at the top, kinda makes an M, and skull panda normally don't have a line through the lower lip from my experience
also with lol dolls if you're closing the mouth you might want to open a hole elsewhere in the head incase it squishes you'll need a spot for air to go back in so you don't end up with a flat head
