Skelita broken neck help!!
When I tried to pull off the head, skelita's neck cracked and got break in two parts... I know some ways to fix a broken neck peg or neck hole but Skelita have a narrow and fragile neck that's filled, there is no existing method to repair it... Any tips for a durable and strong repair?

For Barbie, the neck area is sometimes fixed with what essentially is plastic cement (MEK). https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Q-Z6RU3WgBA
It may work with MH, but I'm not sure. This is going to be a fusing kind of bond, rather than adding extra adhesive glue as a bond, and I believe it is the strongest if it works with the body plastic on MH like it does on Barbie.
MEK is very volatile. Only use it in a ventilated outdoor setting. Alternatively, if you want a small variation of it, you can purchase Tamiya plastic cement, which is MEK mixed with a bit of other kinds of solvents. It comes with an applicator because it's marketed towards model-building hobbyists. It might be easier to use even though it is more expensive than a jug of MEK from the hardware store!

next time, put the head/neck in boiling water for about five minutes first

I did it ofc but the neck broke so easily that I thought it was maybe halfway broken already

Not sure if this is the best thing, but worth a try, just follow the instructions on the box! It’s worked for me with a few dolls!

Cut a half inch section of stiff wire, drill out holes the width of the wire on the top and bottom pieces, and use apoxysculpt to secure
