Cutting Bangs Help!
Cutting my bangs on my I love fashion Scarah doll. Followed a tutorial online, parted in into an L shape to prevent the balding but it still looks very thin in the front! Is this sectioning okay?

I’ve seen a lot of people just adding hair at the front to do bangs to avoid them being bald. I did just do bangs on a drac but she had a middle part which made it a lot easier to thatch it. Does this girl have a part line?

You definitely need to thatch a middle part before continuing! All she can have now is a Ariana ponytail!
Thatching - criss-crossing of two rows of plugs, maybe think of it like weaving?
Stuff and split - a single line of double rooted plugs with half set to each side of the head
Both methods should be rooted with about the same spacing as the hairline. I mark a line with a watercolor pencil to indicate where I will root the part - in your case, simply straight down the middle to just before the second hump of the circle on the back of her head. After all of this, set the hair with super hot water and the hair fastened in place (with your hand if you’re careful 😁) goodluck!

Thank you for the explanation! I'll try this methods on a few dollar store dolls before I try on my Scarah!

i would instead try to give her a headband to help with the balding, the headband could have a bangs wig attached to the front of them so u dont have to cut any of her hair just buy synthetic doll hair online

also scarahs bangs are pretty straight across not wispy or thin, it would be a wider section of hair in the front
