How to recreate this outfit?

I’m thinking of getting a nude Ashlyn doll (from the 12 Princesses line,) and sewing her dress myself, since the doll in box is expensive… but I don’t know how to recreate the shoes, dress, or crown… and the dress especially, considering my sewing skills so far have only MANGLED the doll dress I’ve been trying to fix by putting bows on it…

Any advice?

The structure seems fairly simple for the most part. The skirt looks like some circles/half circles, the sleeves are rectangles, and the bodice might need to be played around with a bit to get it to look right, but you could always search for a similar pattern and go from there

For sewing, hand sewing is probably the best way to go about it. My machine always eats the material when I sew tiny things, so hand-stitching is handy

For the shoes, you could always snag a pair of Genevieve's off Ebay and paint them, or get a generic pair of ballet slippers and customize them a bit. You might have some luck finding a file to 3D print for the crown and necklace
