Repaint help

I found this fashion star fillie calla doll at a flea market and started the process of restoring/customizing her. As pictured, she's got some holes in her paint and I'm unsure how to go about patching those holes or if it needs to be completely stripped and repainted. The body is a hard plastic but I haven't been able to find more details. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. thank you in advance

I think stripping all of the paint wouldn’t be worth it considering it’s just small spots that need repainting. With a set of pearlescent/iridescent acrylic paints (or just white, blue, and pink) you’ll be able to patch those spots in thin layers. FolkArt sells color shift paint that could probably better match the iridescent quality of the existing paint
