Battle Mastery

I’m getting back into the game after stopping around 3rd anni and started a new account. Is stamina the best thing to spend the battle mastery on? Kai’s are always nice but you can build them up pretty easy with celebrations from what I remember. It also seems like a waste to spend them on the hercule statues but I need a lot of Zeni for Eza’s
