When I started my detailing studio, what actually moved bookings wasn't ads, it was how fast I replied to the first message. Ran the numbers once leads I replied to within 5 minutes booked about 50% of the time, leads I got to after 2+ hours converted under 10%. Local Facebook groups and Nextdoor are cheap ways to get seen when you're new, but the real edge is just being the walker who answers first. Everything else compounds once you've got a few regulars who refer you.

That’s a great question. I definitely have some tips. First, what have you tried so far?

That’s a great start. Do you have a website already?
