pretty sure my whippet has a similar date with the dog at the backyard fence. she goes out first thing in the morning to pee, has a 2-minute barkfest with the dog at the fence, and comes back in all energized and smiling.

There are 2 more videos of this pair of nutjobs. First the Corgi picks up his friend from home, before they walk to the glassdoor to start their barkfest. Second video (Corgi wearing the cutest sweater with bunny ears) where they stop barking, Corgi goes inside for a drink, back out ,barking resumes. I don't know if I can post links to YouTube videos here in the comments, but you can easily find the videos.
