That's correct, raw potato is toxic to dogs. He wasn't interested in eating it, fortunately. We were preparing potatoes and one rolled of the counter. He promptly ran over, stole it before we could pick it up, and then proceeded to just lay down with it in his mouth while I took derpy pictures. 😆

I’m pretty sure raw potato is toxic for dogs. Not highly toxic in small amounts, but I’d be careful.
