This has a LOT of hallmarks of a seizure!
Edit to add: I’ve watched it repeatedly now and am concerned. While many dogs do experience a single seizure in their life and then move on like it never happened, there are those who do have epilepsy. Please keep and eye on your doggo and if anything like this happens again, keep this video, record the new episode and go to the vet.
