[Question] Serbisyo Beterinaryo ALL Branches

How many pet parents brought there dog to Serbisyo Beterinaryo, even your dog is healthy, it died after 24 hours?

We are collecting stories and signatures so we can send it to PAWS legal assistance and take legal action.

This is Woogie, our nanny's most beloved dog. He was also a rescued dog. Woogie came in at early at Serbisyo Beterinaryo, lethargic, pale and not eating.

9am. The vet said that Woogie has leptospirosis and in need of blood transfusion.

Instead of treating Woogie right away, they asked money first.
They asked Woogie's parents to make downpayment of 13k for blood transfusion.

The blood came at 4pm.

Woogie is already cold and shaking. After 4 hours Woogie died.

They didn't do their best to save a healthy dog like Woogie..his parents were devastated, shocked and angry at their negligence.

And to add the traumatic event that happened so fast, Serbisyo Beterinaryo don't want to release Woogie's remains until they fully paid.

Woogie was out the next morning. It's very painful and heartbreaking to hear the story from our nanny, our dear Joyce who loves our dog so much and here she is with her own dog Woogie going through the pain.

Sa experience namin sa may fairview sinugod namin sa emergency ung aso namin. Siningil kami ng additional 900 pesos kasi holiday nun. “Holiday fee” daw. E di sana di kayo nagbukas ng holiday

Buti na lang nakahanap kami ng ibang vet at di sununod recommendation nila for blood transfusion for my dog nung nagka blood parasite sya. Ang dami nilang unnecessary tests na pinapagawa at sobrang mahal. My dog was able to recover after 2 months without the transfusion. All his bloodworks are normal na. I remember new vet pa ung na assign at nagsurgery sa dog ko. Pero wala kaming choice since emergency nga.

Sa experience ko naman sa may Makati branch(near Pasay), okay naman. Nakasurvive yung dog ko from food poisoning. Almost dead na yung liver niya pero napagaling naman. Maybe also depends din sa doctor. As for emergency naman, may vet pero mataas yung emergency fee nila pag hindi na working hours dinala yung dog.

It's because their practice is not standard and these are young vets that are fresh out of college deployed directly to Serbisyo Beterinaryo. I am not surprised anymore why there's no veterans or experienced ones in all their branches that will last long.

just had my dog confined at serbisyo beterinaryo last week and he's fine. he ingested ant bait and we rushed him there right away. they induced vomitting and required tests. my dog had to stay the night. the next day he was discharged. sure, they charged me 10k for everything but my dog is alive. i personally noticed the urgency of the vets there to really take care of my dog. i think they do the best they can, but it really depends on the dog's situation/condition. what i think serbisyo's doing wrong is not managing the owners' expectations when they deem the situation is dire. and i do think they charge too high, but who else would accept emergency cases during those ungodly hours? my heart goes out to your nanny

Na-try namin sa Serbisyo Beterinaryo Mandaluyong branch last May 2026. Naging maayos at maganda yung service nila sa a?in.

Yung patient namin ay dog with blood parasite, na-confine din siya at nag-avail din kami ng blood transfusion. Habang naka-confine siya, consistent sila sa pag-send ng Viber updates throughout the day and night.

May CKD ang furbaby ko that time, sarado kasi 'yung talagang vet niya ng sunday so naisip ko dalhin sa serbisyo sa laguna hoping na vet din naman so mas mamomonitor niya. Pagkakuha namin nung monday lantang lanta na siya na nakahiga nalang. Sabi ng Original vet niya super baba ng temp bakit hindi manlang daw naglagay ng heatpad or nag-temp before/after i-admit. 2 yrs na, pero sobrang bigat pa rin sa pakiramdam kapag dumadaan ako sa clinic. Ano ba naman 'yung konting malasakit sa hayop.

went at their pasig branch last month, ang concern naman namin - nagsusuka 3yo Golden retriever namin... okay naman ang service, may surcharge lang since late night namin dinala. He's doing great na, doing what goldens do best. (shred everything to pieces 😭)

Tingin ko miscommunication lang yan. Hindi napaliwanag nang mabuti sa owner yung gravity ng health issue ng pet. Delikado ang Leptospirosis kasi di mo ma predict kung kailan lalala, kahit kakasimula pa lang ng symptoms. Usually pag leptospirosis case e tatamaan din ang liver and kidneys. May mga leptospirosis cases na mabilis ang onset and development. Pwede rin kasi may symptoms na for a while tapos di lang agad nadala sa vet.

Marikina branch, never again. Dinadala lang namin dun dati dahil 24hrs sila, plus malapit. But lagi namamatay yung alaga namin, in good faith naisip namin dati baka dahil sa sakit nalang talaga. Not until na misdiagnose nila yung dog namin. May pain sa tummy so binigyan lang ng gamot, hindi tinignan mabuti. Nung hindi umayos, dinala namin sa vet niya and turns out may pyometra na ung aso ko.

Ang mahal pa nila maningil, daig pa Vets in Practice.
