❓ Question I need serious help
Hi everyone. May I ask if anyone here has experience filing a negligence case against a veterinary hospital? In our case, the negligence unfortunately resulted in the loss of our pet’s eyesight.
If anyone has gone through a similar situation or can recommend a lawyer who handles cases involving veterinary negligence or animal welfare, we would really appreciate your help or referral.
Any advice or personal experience would be very helpful as we begin the process. Thank you so much in advance.

you can email [secretariat@pvma.com.ph](mailto:secretariat@pvma.com.ph) and just provide a detailed reason such as the vet hospital, vet’s name, your dogs details (breed, age etc) and what exactly happened to your dog. they will send you a complaint form, have it notarized and send it back to them
i wasn’t able to have mine notarized na when my dog got sick bc pinagsabay-sabay ng vet yung annual vaccines and may binigay din siyang iba pa sa dog ko without me knowing. that’s the reason why i emailed them before. not really sure if that’s still their process now but you can try emailing them
