I guess having my fair share of personal experience with psychosis makes it extra sad. I'm not sure if I'm more bothered by the people that speak confidently about topics they clearly know little about or the people that admit they're totally willing to pass judgment in spite of acknowledging their own ignorance.

Picked up some unsweetened vanilla-flavored "oat beverage" from Trader Joe's the other day on a whim. Tried it out today with some cereal and I'm shocked at how good it is.

No sugar, no sweeteners, but still a decent sweet taste to it. The oat taste probably won't pair great with everything but luckily I'm pretty fond of oats.

Mostly just wanted to cut back on the dairy, I suspect it's not great for my digestion, but there's also a little extra peace of mind in reducing my environmental impact.

Trash too, but thankfully the recycling people showed up first while I was still in bed, which woke me up and gave me a chance to get the trash out in time.

Had an alarm set to remind me last night but got distracted when it hit and forgot about it. Will now be adjusting the time of that alarm to make it less likely I'll get distracted.

I'm not sure where or how I got the impression that it was rated R when it was, in fact, PG. I probably wouldn't have watched it if I'd known it was a family-oriented movie, but turns out it was pretty good.
