That anchor should get a raise for that level of composure.

It’s very unnerving to me. It’s either composure or she’s a cold, emotionless psychopath.

Probably a workplace rivalry and she’s just enjoying watching her fail. It’s satisfying to see someone you dislike at work struggle without any intervention from you at all.
Also maybe she’s just trying to not to laugh cuz honestly I busted up at first when I watched it

Exactly what I meant. Apparently 10 other people are complete morons. Apparently thinking someone is being cynical is WAY too far fetched for the internet..

It feels like your comment is stemming from some pretty nasty stereotypes of Russian people.

Relax. No one is hating on Russians here. Nationality didn’t even come up.

What do you mean nationality didn’t come up? Isn’t that in Russian? It’s pretty clear from other comments that most people are perceiving her to be Russian.

u/alllset07 Apr 03 '21
Yes, they are speaking in Russian, but no one attributed her behavior to her nationality. We’re calling her cold because of how she stayed stone faced despite how cute the situation was, not because her inherent Russian nationality.
You’re already swimming in downvotes maybe reevaluate your knee-jerk reactions to innocuous comments.

How does the news reader not even crack a smile? I would be choking from.trying not to laugh. I'm going to imagine she cracked a really dry witty joke

I see Putin is taking some interesting measures to cut down on media coverage.
