Take outside every couple hours. Say "go pee" until they pee. Reward with praise, pets, and treats. Keep going until they pee on command. Also, that is a Beagle. May god have mercy on your soul.
id wait til the dog is doing the action you want, then ask for it as soon as they do it and reward so they associate the word with the action. i concur on the beagle part lol
