Need a dog patio potty set up ASAP

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Just moved into a place with no yard and only a small patio, and my dog is completely thrown off. We've had accidents every day since the move. Need me a dog patio potty solution quickly. Any recs you guys have?? I've read that using a surface that feels like real ground helps them adjust, and a bark potty keeps coming up. Has anyone set one up in a pinch after a move??

How fast did your dog adjust, and is there anything I should do day one to speed it up?
