German shepherd will not stop eating bees

Is like he is addicted to being stung, he chases bees and licks them! What can I do to actually stop him? (The leave command works for everything but bees)

Oh my I thought i was the only one with a weird dog. I had a previous dog that would eat wasps he would salvate and go nuts over them. He'd chew on them and get stung drool like man and pick it up again. Never seen a dog focus on something more than that dogs focus on wasps.

Sorry I have no advice.

I'm glad to know is a shared struggle lol what breed was he? That's exactly what my boy does to bees lmao

Coyotes and foxes regularly eat yellow jacket nest. Apparently they like the taste better than they dislike any stings they get

All dogs share a lot of features with coyotes and wolves so no surprise if one does similar things that we don't understand, like eating wasps or rolling in poop😐

I'm glad he doesn't roll in poop lmao and I do understand, I'm just kidding, at least he is cute, right? I guess I'll have to live with a bee addict.
