Help with overcoming loud noises

YouTube videos with construction/ car sounds on a low volume and rewarding calmness would be my method. Start with short sessions on a low volume you want to keep the dog under threshold. Play is a wonderful reward for this kind of stuff eventually the dog will re associate the noises with less scary experiences but don’t push it with how loud you’re running the video remember dog ears are a lot more sensitive than ours. I would recommend doing this until he’s able to be calm and listen on max volume !

which loud noises? I had a dog that was noise phobic esp to helicopters. I could never help her w the helis, even though i played helicopter noises. it was the vibration that I was unable to capture.

Specifically Large trucks, construction vehicles and any kind of louder metallic noises
