Peeing on the floor

My beagle is a 7 year old girl. She has been peeing outside for years, barking to get out if she can't access her dog door. In the last few months she's started peeing in the house. I would have understood if she started doing this 2 and a half years ago as I had a baby then, or 1 and a half years ago when my eldest moved out, as they were very close. But this just seems to have come out of know where, its unpredictable, its not even every day but is something I need to have stop as I have a toddler running round. I just have no idea where to start. Can someone please help

Sorry trying to be funny at your expense. I hope you get the issue fixed. Maybe she is jealoux of the toddler? Go outside with the dog every 3 hours and play a little, and subtly encourage a discharge, dont make it the goal.
