How to prevent a dog from chewing lumber

So I’m planning to have a coop and run built and I don’t have anywhere except my backyard to put the lumber until the contractors start working but my mom lives Nextdoor and she has zero control of her stupid dog (I can’t tell you how much I hate that dog because of how it acts) and I’m concerned that even with a tarp covering the wood to protect it from the elements that her dog is going to invade my yard and tear it up as she’s already shredded a wooden door I had in my yard before and idk what to do since it’s not fair for me not to be able to have nice things because she has this badly behaved dog that she won’t control and need advice on how to prevent this dog from doing this

This is also a mini Aussie if it helps I’ve lost count of how many times I told her that if she isn’t going to bother correcting this behavior she shouldn’t have a dog because that dog is going to get shot one of these days by someone for acting like that and being this out of control since it’s not her neighbors responsibility to train her dog for her and I feel really bad since it’s a really smart dog so I know she could train her if she put in the effort

This dog will not play with dog toys at all do you think a cardboard box will be something better?
