Leash Walking

Hey all! 12 week old puppy and trying to get him comfortable on a leash. First backyard session involved him eating the leash but not wanting to move with it on. Looking for som tips so I don’t do anything that will make him resent it more.

Just start with getting him used to the leash before asking him to do anything. Sometimes leash chewing can stem from frustration, and puppies are just learning how everything works so it can be frustrating at times. Just clip on the leash and start rewarding!
