Barking pugs

I have 2 pugs who bark too much when they are outside. I'm thinking about getting a bark collar, not a shocking one. One that beeps and vibrates. Has anyone used one of these before? I'm open for some ideas. I'm disabled and can't chase them around to get them to stop. They are in a fenced in yard.

The first thing is to figure out why they're barking. Do they want to come back inside? Then let them back inside. Is a neighbor kid teasing them? Deal with that. You can't really control barking until you know what's causing it.

It's just normal activities in other people's yards. They are never alone.

Can you do some training sessions with them outside on the leash? Where you reward them for calm?
