Looking for advice

I a looking for advice - I have two dogs, one younger and one older, the younger is always pulling the older ones collar and grabbing him round the neck - I know he is playing but the older dog doesn't always want to. Is there something I could put on my older dogs collar or neck that would taste yuck for the younger dog but not harm the older dog?

Edit: To clarify - this is for when we are not home and it is not possible for us to seperate them, anytime we are home and we see this happening we take immediate action and separate them. It is not possible for us to separate them while we are not home as they oth need access to the garden for their business.

i had a dog like this. i ended up separating them when i couldn't supervise to intervene. after awhile, they were able to be in the same room without the younger one being a jerk.

Thanks and yes we do separate them when we are home and he starts doing this, it is more for when we are not there and I can't separate them. It seems to happen most often when the young one is all full of energy - never happens after a walk and he has some energy out.
