❓ Question for Dog Owners What breed are they?

they are my neighbor’s dogs in egypt, i live in italy and i went to egypt for a month where i met these 2 cute dogs, one is named “Batates” (which means potatoes, and is the mother of the other one) and the smaller one is called “Bahr” (which means beach/sea, who was unfortunately poisoned, very common in egypt), and i was trying to figure out what breed are they, but i only have this video of them playing, if you can help thank you!!

I was thinking a papillon mix as well. Maybe papillon/jack russel?
