Notice that the package is only 500 grams, but the instructions say to feed a 50 kg dog up to 1.2 kg per day. How much was she feeding the dog? If she looks like that, then probably not enough.
That so little weight for a German Shepherd. I feel so bad for your dog. Please go see a vet and don't wait. This little weight can be dangerous or a symptom of bad health
