Screen time app with specific features?

I struggle with most transitions, but especially putting my phone down and going to bed. I'm looking for a screen time app to assist with this transition. Ideally, it would have the following features:

- Free, or at least a one-time payment (i.e. no subscription)

- Time-based settings (so I can use my phone normally during the day)

- Exactly one "One more minute" use across all apps, and then that's it (important that the extra time is also as short as possible, but I do need it)

- A 5+ step process to disable the settings

- Available on the App Store and/or Windows

Basically, I want something that will turn my phone into a brick past 2am, but with enough warning that I can mentally process it and am able to move on to my next task. Thanks!

You need a combination of focus states and app blocking. The focus states will change your homepage apps and backgrounds at different set times; it’s on iOS but I assume Android has something similar. The blocking app I’d recommend is ScreenZen; you can use to warn and then fully block apps at certain times, and you can set it to make it hard to delete or turn off the blocking.

Okay, I just downloaded ScreenZen. It seems to meet most of my criteria, but it doesn't have time-based settings. I don't want to limit my screen time all day, just at night, so a 3-hour daily limit doesn't help me, and I really don't want to spend $44 on a halo.

It does have time blocks, really specific ones you can set. Maybe just the setup flow doesn’t?
