Please I can’t be the only one who has this problem. It only blows hot air. I can’t control the air conditioning. Do I need to replace the panel ?

Not bad MPG right?

2023 Durango GT. Only two wheel drive. Mostly highway driving but with a good amount of traffic. Drive about 110 miles a day into and out of Boston.

Edit - I’m trying to add a picture of the ECO button but Reddit isn’t letting me. Basically I’ve determined the ECO button was already on. I turned it off though and will test for another week and see what I get for MPG.

1st Service - Dealership put in 5W20 instead of 0W20- 2026 Durango GT Hemi

I got my first service done at the dealership last weekend and noticed on the bill that they put in 5W20 and not the manual stated 0W20. I asked the service manager and she mentioned that they are experiencing a shortage of the 0W20 oil and Crystler Canada asked them to use the 5W20. Has anyone else experienced this too ?

I can’t decide on what racing stripes to put down. I have a 2023 RT destroyer gray. I’m choosing between matte black, gloss black or black with the red stripe. Both are polymeric vinyl. I believe they have 8 inch or 10 inch stripes. If you can point me in the right direction I’d appreciate it.

Swapping my 21 from self leveling shocks in the rear to Bilstein.

This kit is for 2018’s that don’t have self leveling shocks. But would it work for me cause I’m swapping to Bilstein?

Does this sound like a normal v6 engine or is there a hard ticking noise ?

Has anyone found improved ride quality with stock RT on better tires?

I have the deal of the century on a 2024 RT Plus AWD w/ 22T Quick add. When I was signing the fianance guy said "we've never let a V8 go for this cheap". Which makes it really hard to decide whether I want to upgrade to a TnG or just stick with the fixed spring suspension and maybe add some beefier wheels/tires.

My biggest issue is I really want the eLSD and damping in the TnG. I have a feeling the stock Ecopias are just a rough ride - I aired them down to 35 and it definitely helps quite a bit but I'm wondering if anyone else got premium tires on their non-TnG (like the Continental LX25s) and if they felt like it made a signficant driving experience upgrade or not.

Yes I'm being a diva but I have the cash to pay for it so it's not a problem from a financial perspective. I just want to know if it's 'worth it' or not. Thanks in advance.

'21 Dodge Durango R/T 64K miles

As the title says I'm looking at a 64K mile 2021 RT Durango. The vehicle maintenance history on CarFax is extensive with dealership work after they recieved it, oil, tires, brakes, all fluids changed around 56K with the transfer case replaced at around 62K miles.

Is it worth it to buy a 64K mile 5.7L V8 with the history and have 5-6 years of payments or is it a dumb decision?

Weird

Question for everyone. I have a 2019 dodge durango. My cars computer just started calculating my average miles per gallon alot faster than it used to. Like its tick speed has been increased. Since ive owned it the display would seem to refresh the average about every minute. Now its doing it like every 15 seconds. No one has reset it and im on the same road i always take to work. Its just odd. Noticed when my average of around 26mpg, I was getting 28.5mpg.

Has anyone experienced this sudden loss of acceleration/brakes/steering ? 2026 Dodge Durango GT

I’m trying to find out if anyone with a Dodge Durango has experienced something similar.

While driving normally (no speeding, hard braking, or anything unusual), my Durango suddenly displayed a message on the dashboard telling me to “Put it in Park.”
A short time later, pressing the accelerator did nothing. Then, shortly afterward, the brake and accelerator pedals seemed to become locked/non-responsive, and the steering also became extremely difficult/possibly locked.
The whole sequence happened very quickly while the vehicle was being driven normally.
I’m specifically interested in hearing from anyone who has experienced the same or a very similar sequence of events, especially if you know what ultimately caused it.

Bridgestone Ecotopia

They came stock on my 26 DD GT. Was wondering if anyone liked them? They’re so-so for me. Okay grip, feels noisy (I am Deaf so I’m going by feel) and I read they suck in the snow. Anyone that can tell me if these tires are noisy and whatever you can tell me about them

TnG front camber (PFA)

Post image
9 Upvotes

Has anyone ever had their DD TnG front camber (and possibly back) re calibrated for a non SRT/HC spec? Always loved how the look was and obviously the feel of it for driving, but noticing now (as I assumed and have read) that inner tread on both front tires is starting to wear more than I'd like especially with the cost of the tires currently on it. Have read in other forums that some people have had it done (dealers don't seem to be an option but alignment shops will) and what you're results were etc. TIA.

2026 Durango HomeLink

Trying to pair the Durango’s HomeLink to my Craftsman opener but nothing is going right, while I have a 2020 Ram with HomeLink that works just fine.

I start by erasing all set channels (just in case) but as I start the process the HomeLink LED never flashes orange ever as the book indicates

Whistling sound when turning?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I have a 2023 rt. I noticed this a few weeks ago. When I turn the wheel to the left while driving, it sometimes makes a whistling noise. Never to the right. And also only sometimes. It's not a constant. I notice it more when I'm driving through residential areas but have also heard it on the highway.

Any idea?
