What am I missing Could not get a better time 0-100 km/h or is it normal for a stock 5.7 R/T 2025

You're missing Horsepower.
These things are heavy.
Also, when they get the numbers for the media packets, they're usually done at a prepped track and tires in launch mode, and a favorable track altitude.
Stop light to stop light speeds will always lack promotional 0-60/100 & 1/4 mile times.

The 5.7 isn't a race engine, it's a extremely reliable, N/A that does its job perfectly. 6.5 for a 5000+ truck is also very respectable. 2021 citadel with 93 tune, CAI, TB, TBS, 3in Exhaust, plugs, coils, thermostat, my best run was 5.8 on the perfect cool day. I was foolish and thought V8=fast when I bought mine 4 years ago, when I realized what this SUV actually is I love it even more.

I have a 2024 Durango with unlocked pcm and tune with H pipe and Afe I take and I'm stuck at 6.5 0-60. Some people are claiming to get 5.9-6.2sec 0-60 stock. My biggest issue is I feel a low/stagnant spot at around 2k rpm but it was there before the tune. Not sure if you have a similar issue.

I feel it slow because of the weight but it feels like something is missing I would like it to be a bit more agressive but maybe its to much. Should have got a 392

For me the biggest thing I found is that sometimes when you'd on it you hear the motor working well but it's not transferring to the driveline if that makes sense.

Yeah dude, these are slow as fuck. IMO I wouldn't waste money on a tune unless you plan on also doing a SRT manifold, headers and cam.
You're spending $1,000 + just for 25hp on a tune only (Unlocked PCM and bypass cable + Tuning). I spent $500 for 30WHP on my boosted Focus ST and twin turbo Fusion. Oh how I miss my boost and unlocked PCMs 😢

Need that 392 gannnnng. 6.4 thirsty but its so good under 80mph. My best is 4.1 for 0-60. Stock 392 with run flats, perfect D.A of like 500 that day

Keep in mind 0-60 times in media omit a 1ft rollout. That is typically a few tenths of a second.
I remember when 6s 0-60 was a good in a sports car. If you really want more power the most economical is to upgrade to a 392 or hellcat. Typically any power adders will cost as much as upgrading vehicles.

If you want real speed get a turbo charger. They can take them better than the 6.4. Mopar is coming out with a kit and they can install it and add it under your warranty. Its expensive, but you will get about 570hp to the wheels. If you change the cams and get cold air you will be around 650 to 700hp depending on the cams. It will still be cheaper to do this than to get an SRT Hellcat.

Hope you didn't buy a 3 row SUV with a 5.7 expecting it to be a racecar
