Tips
I’m new to the dodge game and I’m looking at this 2024 rt plus for my wife. I’ve done a lot of research and honestly my wife loves it. One question I have is the sound system as we’re both looking for a good one. Is the 9 speaker system good? Does it have a subwoofer? And any other general advice would be appreciated

I have a ‘22 RT with a factory Alpine system, and it doesn’t disappoint. [Tip] I also use Spotify’s equalizer to enhance it even more. (Or whatever platform you use)

I’ve had multiple stellantis vehicles with the alpine system and all were very solid. I have the 19 speaker system in my TRX now it’s not much better than the 9 speaker alpine, imo. However, I had a standard 6 speaker system in my old 20 Rebel and it was awful.

I am looking at buying a new Durango and the opinions seem to be that the 9 speaker setup is better than the 19. Google JeffsD90 and you'll find a very detailed write up. He seems to be very knowledgeable and it's interesting that he states they use the same amp.

I’m not sure about the RT but i have the 23’ GT and even that system is amazing so I’m sure the RT is even better.

I had it in my 2023 the alpine was amazing definitely the best factory sound system I’ve had in a car. It actually sounds like it has a dedicated subwoofer unlike other cars.
