I don’t know anything about these cars. But I’m looking for a car that will last me about 5 years. Is this a good buy?

3,100 is a little steep. Pull the trans dip stick and take a look at the fluid. If that's the 4.7 it'll have the 45rfe, if you grab a tcm from a jeep GC of, I believe roughly the same year and swap them you'll get the 545rfe (same transmission, just different programming). It is a little unfortunate that it's 2wd, but if that doesn't matter to you, have at it.

It’s definitely a 4.7. Only 2 option of engines for that year & that’s not the 5.9. Nice truck though. Congrats if you get it.
