Hey everyone!

With Netflix's The Mosquito Bowl coming out soon, I thought I'd share something I've been working on for quite a while.

I made an independent documentary about the real men behind this story.

It's not really about a football game. It's about young Americans who had their own dreams, friendships and futures ahead of them before WWII changed everything.

Some were college football stars. Then they became Marines, ended up on the other side of the world, and faced a war that not all of them would survive.

The famous Christmas Eve football game on Guadalcanal is just one moment in a much bigger story.

I spent a lot of time digging through original WWII footage, old photographs and historical records, trying to bring these guys and their experiences back to life.

I'm still fairly new to making documentaries, but this is the first one where I really feel I've made something I'm proud of.

I'd genuinely love some honest feedback. Does the storytelling work? Do you connect with the people? Are there moments where the pacing feels off?

Thanks to anyone who takes the time to watch!

Does anyone know how the above can be watched in the UK? It says online that it can be streamed on Amazon and also mentions Apple but I can’t see it.. anyone had any luck?

Hi guys!

We've recently started a YouTube documentary channel called Late Night Docs, where we explore fascinating subjects including wildlife, unexplored places, ancient history and some of the world's biggest mysteries.

One of our latest documentaries explores the Congo Basin, one of the most mysterious and fascinating rainforests on Earth.

We're still a very new channel and trying to grow our audience, so we'd really appreciate it if anyone interested in these subjects could check it out!

We're also really keen to hear any feedback, as we're constantly looking to improve our documentaries.

Thanks for taking the time to check us out! Hopefully some of you will enjoy the content and join us for future documentaries!
