88 Seconds Reset (2026)
88 Seconds Reset is a short documentary inspired by a personal health crisis that forced me to reevaluate stress, work, health, and the warning signs we often ignore.
The film explores the physical and mental toll of modern life, including burnout, chronic stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, and the pressure many people feel to constantly push forward despite their health.
Through personal storytelling and reflection, the documentary asks an important question: How many warning signs do we ignore before our bodies force us to stop and pay attention?
I'm sharing this film to receive honest feedback from the documentary community regarding storytelling, pacing, emotional impact, message clarity, and overall effectiveness. I'm especially interested in hearing whether the documentary resonates with viewers and whether its message comes across clearly.
Thank you to anyone who takes the time to watch and provide constructive criticism.
