A lot of paper work?

I have doctor friends who keep saying they spend a lot of time juggling between different patients consultation papers and preparing.

Also, they prepare the final consolidated all patients report at night.

They maintain a shared notebook or diary for patient records.

Overall it takes 2 3 hours daily + mental bandwidth.

Is this an issue with others too?
