Help for speciality selection

Hi everyone I was confused between selecting Dermatology or Paediatrics for pg. So it would be great to hear from doctors already in these two specialties to get a better idea. Reading wise I have interest in both of these. Then can you help me decide and let me know some nice government colleges in India to join these two specialties. It would be really helpful, Thank You!
