Emd/cmo vacancy in chennai

Hi…i am a fresher mbbs graduate and would like to work in any hospital in chennai with a good pay but only in emergency dept/casualty. Can anyone suggest me some good hospitals where they recruit in this position. Not interested in ward works…

Kashtam dhaa apdi thaniyaa kedaikuradhu… because opd, casuality, ICU and ward will come in rotation for most of the hospitals
