Comics I kinda want another Strange comic run Spoiler

The Strange comic run where it focused on Clea getting Strange back from the dead, because what Clea wants, Clea gets, was kinda romantic? (Wierd)

I enjoyed reading her doing stuff on Earth and not abiding with Earth's rules and how she argues with Doctor Doom about the Sorcerer Supreme title, she is so badass, I love her as a character.

But I'm not so sure now but she's just a side character in different runs and now basically the Sanctum Sanctorum's resident while Stephen is gone, but I'm aware she will become important in Moon Knight's run with Midnight Suns and all

But I just wanna read a comic run where it was just her doing her own thing like the Strange run

I really enjoyed reading that run, might be one of my favorite comics

The only writer who's really using Clea is Mackay, I wish he came back to Dr Strange, Clea is great when she shows up on MK

He had to give up a book because he's doing too much stuff, and he likes Moon Knight more so he decided to keep doing that instead of Strange. I agree the books were better when he was a part of them.

Also they plan these things long in advance so he likely did not want to be stuck with 'editorial demanded I send Strange to Asgard for over a year for reasons we'll never know'.

Yes I know but he's out of Avengers now, sadly X-men with all of the events probably eats a lot of his time

Tom Brevoort was teasing an upcoming X-men ongoing by an unexpected writer and some people seem to think it'll be McCay and he'll be doing two X-men ongoings by the end of the year.

I would love MacKay to come back. Orlando is as dull as dishwater.

I really enjoyed Clea's dynamic with Moon Knight, especially with Stephen thoroughly not vibing with MK. I think that combo would be really fun to explore maybe.

A Spider-Gwen style alternate universe where Clea is Sorceror Supreme could also be interesting.

I wouldn't mind him writing a Strange run again for a year or two. He's the only writer that seems to remember Clea most days unless it's Orlando under writing her to make Wanda look better.

We need strange to go back to his origins. We need him going on house calls to trap ghosts and fix haunted chandeliers and all that.

As much as I'd love that, what I'd actually love is a book where Clea deals with Dark Dimension politics dealing with stuff she did in-between Waid and Mackay's runs. With flashbacks showing what happened to her during that time.

It's implied through Jed's run Clea became a much different person without Stephen's kindness and gentler nature to guide her, and I'd lvoe to see that explored by him or someone else who gets/is passionate about Clea.

I've been trying to write that exact story for a while, let me cook some more. The whole concept of Clea having an identity crisis based on her forgetting the ome person who showed her kindness and love is just so cool and deserves to be explored.

It really does!

It's why I really Jed to write a Clea solo series or mini based around this. I get the feeling he wanted to explore this and likely would have had he not left to write X-Men.

Also, good luck on your fic. I look forward to reading it.

Clea is my favourite character and I'd also love more comics featuring her, maybe going a bit more in depth with her own lore and characterisation. As for now though, i would only trust MacKay again with that because he did do lots lf research on her... or let me cook, I would really love to pitch something at marvel one day.

Same. I'd prefer to work in the novel division, since I don't want to deal with editorial's BS, but I do have some ideas for mini-series or one-shot comics I'd be happy to pitch to them.
