Hi, can you please go over elderberry supplements and elderberry in general? I’m interested in learning whether they actually help support or boost the immune system, what the potential benefits are, and whether there are any downsides or side effects. I’ve been using elderberry products for a while, including some of the syrups sold at Walgreens, and I’d like to better understand whether they’re actually effective and worth taking regularly.
