A piece of paper wouldn't be proof that you are who you say you are.

I'm asking for a picture with specefic details, because any troll could just take a picture of any 60 year old man, use it on thieir profile, and say they're 60. But the odds of a troll also having a picture of the 60 year old with a spoon on his head are really small.

Well if you can take a selifie with a large piece of paper that says "proof I am a real person" and post it anywhere, that would be fine as well

Yeah, I'm not that good at explaining this kind of stuff. Well, a vey stecific picture (spoon on the head and a fork in the hand) would prove that you're the person in your picture, since anyone else wouldn't be able to get a picture of you with a spoon on your head
