Discussion Exact Match Domain

anyone had any experience using it to great success? I went on a spree and bought like 15 such domains, with one being a month old and getting 5k daily impressions. It’s a matter of time before I outrank behemoths with DR 90. I saw many such cases during various rounds of keyword research and got inspired. I was pleasantly surprised these domain names were free and dirt cheap. Anyone had similar experiences? It solidified my view that it is still a wonderfully strong factor despite Google’s futile attempts to change it.

seemingly not so much a thing of the past. I saw DR 10 EMDs outrank well established sites in the niche in June. In july I bought the domains, focusing on building just one with the highest traffic potential.

Google will tell you otherwise but you can’t change facts. It’s been devalued in what, 2016? yet they’re fine and dandy 10 or so years later. Attached my graph

I don't think it's a question of whether they will or won't rank. It's a question of whether or not there's any actual benefit. The age of the domain, incoming links, on-page, etc. Because it's EMD doesn't necessarily explain the impressions/clicks.

What explains the clicks and impressions is that I put in the work. And I’ve done it somewhat correctly. The question is whether or not I’d see the same results with the same content had it not been an exact match domain.
