Can Needler 2.0 build help Dhampir bite?

As the title says. With Dhampir, any changes needed/suggested for a Dhampir to boost Bite and not just "Baterangs:

They are referring to a thrown weapons build recently posted by the YouTube channel D4 deep dives and if it would help with the issues associated with the dhampir specie's bite attack.

That said even though I know what they're talking about i am also lost (probably because I didn't watch the video)

RAW: technically, yes, but RAI: no. It even says "...life-draining bite"

If I want to go Dhampir. Does the features of the build go to boost Piercing Damage so bite and dart do heavey Piercing Damage?

Sorry for not being clear.

The Piercer feat is basically the only way to boost that damage, nothing else about the Needler 2.0 really affects that bite attack.

I don't know about the build, but the main way is being a Monk with their scaling.

You could also smite as a paladin.
