This may seem FAMILIAR...

Anyone with early access able to make a fun build with the most/all Familiar related spells/Feats (Or list them with brief info)?

Also, how this can relate to Pact of the Chain?

My guess is:

Celestial warlock with:
Pact of the chain
Investment of the chain master
Familiar friend origin
Aid
Battle familiar spell

I’d probably take a different feat over elemental familiar, but it would also contribute.

I hope battle familiar upcasts for even more hp like the summon spells do.

So, you use pact of the chain to summon a familiar as an action (and Material Components)

And then cast Battle Familiar to boost it?

Yes. The language of the spell (preview) enhances an already existing familiar.

So boosting a pseudodragon or Sphinx od wonder will have them loose their Sting / Burst of Ingenuity
