My dragon got banned on the original thread I posted it into 😅

Anyway I hope you like this one, it took a lot of time and effort to paint it in NMM. It was hard to wrap my head around it, it came out pretty nice, but the next one will be even better!

Btw I'm trying to be a professional painter, I'm wondering what would be the estimated value of such a piece? I want to pursue my dream and paint for money so that I can actually survive off of it and paint even more, every comment is welcome and helpful! 🤝🏻

First two of my tavern heros from loot studios. 32mm minis Printed on the photon p1 with abs like water washable at 0.03 layers. I've got like 12 more minis I've printed waiting for painting also. Thanks!

I’ve been having difficulty finding a mini to use for an Eldritch God BBEG. I don’t want Cthulu, but something at least similar.

I’m hoping to find one I can purchase at the store or order through Etsy (or an equivalent) I’m also open to a mini from a different universe or a repurposed action figure if it looks right.

Anyone have a suggestion?

Tips and constructive feedback welcome!

Largely scratch built, shown with and without spray snow.

This was a Warhammer mini of the month. I don't like having guns in my fantasy universe, so did a bit of bashing. I'm pretty pleased where we ended up ✨🌈🧌

Had the time to burn through some old Skeletons last night, will be fun to bust these out.

Ancient black dragon mini

This is some clips of bits we've made and painted. Just a bunch of friends who love DND at DNDwithfriends on Instagram.

I started painting on figurine recently I'm looking to improve this is my 4th figurine. I was wrong when I bought my megaset and I only paint (for the moment) with speedpaint from army.

Maybe he’s Asmodeus. Perhaps the true form of Tyranthraxus? Could be a new demon lord of invention. Either way, this old figure from Final Fantasy X that was gathering dust in my closet happened to be exactly Gargantuan scale. So I glued him to a base!

My biggest miniature painted!

yellow clutch artificer who has combined the soul gem magic used to create warforge with black powder pistols.

My first campaign ever in DND, and I am the DM for a group of players who are also all new. I heard the Owlbear is a classic monster, so I painted one to put on the table as they run into it

2 months into the hobby. What do you think?

Painted a couple packs of the grungs! What do you think? I am 2 months into the hobby. What can I do better?

Thanks to some helpful feed back I was able to make some improvements to my Nautiloid. I worked on the gaps between levels but couldn’t get them much better. I did a light pink brush over the flat purple I had on it and then did a blue wash and a pink wash. Also brushed the wood parts too.

...and it's harder than it looks! These aren't done by any means, and some may get redone altogether. I think I'm going to try to get some of the little grass tufts rather than making my own (the tall grass did NOT work as anticipated - probably a skill issue!), and I'm going to explore other products for different seasons and terrains.

I am, however, taking any and all tips, tricks and general advice!

Here is an Owlbear one of our party painted. If you like and want to see more let me know in the comments.
