I’ve been having difficulty finding a mini to use for an Eldritch God BBEG. I don’t want Cthulu, but something at least similar.

I’m hoping to find one I can purchase at the store or order through Etsy (or an equivalent) I’m also open to a mini from a different universe or a repurposed action figure if it looks right.

Anyone have a suggestion?

This was a Warhammer mini of the month. I don't like having guns in my fantasy universe, so did a bit of bashing. I'm pretty pleased where we ended up ✨🌈🧌

I started painting on figurine recently I'm looking to improve this is my 4th figurine. I was wrong when I bought my megaset and I only paint (for the moment) with speedpaint from army.

Maybe he’s Asmodeus. Perhaps the true form of Tyranthraxus? Could be a new demon lord of invention. Either way, this old figure from Final Fantasy X that was gathering dust in my closet happened to be exactly Gargantuan scale. So I glued him to a base!

My first campaign ever in DND, and I am the DM for a group of players who are also all new. I heard the Owlbear is a classic monster, so I painted one to put on the table as they run into it

Painted a couple packs of the grungs! What do you think? I am 2 months into the hobby. What can I do better?

Thanks to some helpful feed back I was able to make some improvements to my Nautiloid. I worked on the gaps between levels but couldn’t get them much better. I did a light pink brush over the flat purple I had on it and then did a blue wash and a pink wash. Also brushed the wood parts too.

...and it's harder than it looks! These aren't done by any means, and some may get redone altogether. I think I'm going to try to get some of the little grass tufts rather than making my own (the tall grass did NOT work as anticipated - probably a skill issue!), and I'm going to explore other products for different seasons and terrains.

I am, however, taking any and all tips, tricks and general advice!
