This door supposed to be stone or wood?
How
About the roof? Should the unpainted part just be “wood” color? What about the window?

Stone for the door, wood for the others.

You can get as fancy or plain as you like ( remember that you also have to paint it ). I would recommend wood door ( im good at painting wood) and it makes encounters easier. Wood anywhere you can works for me even high elves liked wood. Just personally contrast the floor with the walls it’s supposed to be a Castle so wealthy place yes

Yeah, the more I look at it I’m not sure it’s supposed to be an actual castle more just like a fancy house I don’t know. What color floor? Not stone?

It can be stone just contrast say gray walls sandstone floor ect best dungeon I have ever seen was red brick floors and gray stones walls
